Kathleen's first word upon entering was, "WOW!" This home truly has the "Wow factor." Upgrades galore, and accomplished in top quality style and workmanship. The owners have experience in improving properties and it shows. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath double-wide mobile home, located in Spanish Lakes Country Club Village, non-pet section. This home has been meticulously upgraded, and is offered unfurnished, but with all the modern kitchen appliances included. The entryway, hall, kitchen, dining room, master bathroom, and guest bathroom all have new wood laminate flooring. The living room, bedrooms, and family room are covered with a good quality carpet. Moving back to the kitchen, this is where this home excels. The removal of a non-load bearing wall, and replacement with the beautiful granite top eat-in counter, is just a great start. Cabinets (both top and bottom!) have been replaced with excellent upgrades, far superior to OEM (original equipment manufacture). The large modern stainless glass-top range is moved to the new counter area just behind the eat-in counter. The large refrigerator freezer has both ice-maker and water at the door, as you would expect from a top quality appliance of this nature. A new stainless steel microwave is positioned over the counter where the ranges are normally located. This is a good time to mention that this upgraded kitchen has gained a tremendous amount of additional counter space by adding a new counter and expanding others. Marble chip back-splashes located behind the counter spaces. Well done! Nice stainless dishwasher complements the other appliances nicely. Also, please note the new deep double stainless sink, with new modern faucets, etc. New adjustable area lighting allows light where you need it, not just in one central area. A nice touch which only adds to the ambience in this well-designed kitchen. If you like to cook or entertain, this open area kitchen is for you! Done to perfection and the owner's loss is your gain. Please look carefully at all the kitchen pictures. Moving on, one of the first things you might notice is the careful use of colors throughout. No more feeling of a mobile home as most walls have been spackled and painted nicely to bring some nice moods into the various rooms. There are four very nice fans, window treatments stay (some verticals, some faux wood), and there are now granite windowsills (some of you know how the old windowsills become deteriorated from moisture of condensation or leaks, etc.). Both bathrooms have been upgraded by providing new vanities, sinks, fixtures, newly painted walls, etc. In the guest bathroom, even a closet was moved to take advantage of extra space. The offset model homes always seemed to have a very tiny guest bathroom, and this home has helped solve that problem. If you like baseball, spring training games are a short drive away at Digital Domain Park in Port St. Lucie. And then there are the beaches! Drive over one of several causeway bridges to North or South Hutchinson Island where you will find state parks and FREE beaches galore! You can visit the Navy Seal Museum, then walk across the parking lot to the beach to swim or watch the windsurfers at play!
